November Video Release
On November 20th, 2008, Fortunate Music and Nathan Johnson released
the video for Rain, the third track from his latest CD The Feeling I Got.
The video was directed by Josh Dutton, and shot in Dallas, TX in just one day.
Nathan's contributes on CD
Daniel De La Rocha's new CD, Underdressed But Not Under Duress,
is a funky, R&B, soulful mix of songs not to be missed. Link
Nathan co-wrote 2 tracks (Winning & Losing, and My Favorite Part of Me)
plus provided backing vocals on four tracks as well. (Winning & Losing,
Favorite Part of Me, Devil In Between, and You Won't Be Lying Here).
This November 2008 release was primarily recorded at Nomad Studios in
October of 2008 and features Rocha's soulful singing and guitar work.
Nathan and Daniel's affiliation goes back to Daniel (under the name Josh Daniels)
having played electric guitar on four tracks from Nathan's The Feeling I Got,
plus three tracks on Nathan's soon to be released 4th project.

Song contest Finalist
Nathan was selected as one of six finalists for the B.W. Stevenson Memorial
singer/songwriter competition held in May 2008. This was the 20th annual event
hosted by Poor David's Pub located in Dallas, TX.
Make A Wish Foundation - Sat, May 24th, 2008 Event
Albertson's & The Delta Companies sponsored four terminally ill children to help
raise $25,000 to make their wish come true. Nathan performed as part of the
carnival style event that ran from 10am to 7pm in the Ft. Worth, TX area. Link to PDF
In-Studio performance on 99.5 The Wolf - Dallas, TX
Nathan was on-the-air live as part of the Front Porch Show with Justin Frazell on
May 18th, 2008. NJ fans Black Burkhart, Brenna Bailey and her fiance' Kim were
the contest winners and joined Nathan for the whole experience as he sang
several tracks off his latest CD. Other in-studio guests were: Mark McKinney,
Kimberly Kelly, and James Lann. Pics available here.

Nathan was named Indie Artist of the Month for January 2008 by Texas Music Times

In January 2008 Nathan's performed Little Miss Amazing live on a CBS
affiliate KXII out of Sherman, TX.

Notable live shows
Nathan opened up solo for Austin, TX phenom/recording artist Bob Schneider
twice in 2008 year - once in early February and most recently on June 7th.

He has also performed on the Chevy Main Stage at the State Fair of Texas
in October 2007, which marked his 4th year in a row to be invited to perform.
His backing band consisted of Troy Werner- keys; Traci Werner- backing vox;
Scott Randol - drums; Josh Dutton- bass.
